There are generally two ways NSRG gets paid for finding candidates for open positions with employers: retainer fees and contingency fees. While retainers are paid up-front, contingency fees are paid only when a candidate is hired. So, you don’t pay unless you hire. Either of these fees may be a flat rate or a percentage of the employee's salary, although contingency fees usually use the percentage model. Fees are discussed before NSRG begins searching for candidates and are stipulated in a written contract.
Another option is Recruitment Processing Outsourcing (RPO). It is a business model where a company outsources the management of the recruitment function (in whole or part) to NSRG. We are then responsible for placing people into your organization.
